Supervisor of Plant Maintenance

Answer Center Counselor

The Answer Center Counselor will support prospects and applicants navigating the enrollment process, providing guidance on career choice, and ensuring a smooth transition into academic programs. They will leverage cross-training to help students overcome barriers to enrollment, connecting to student support services and resources offered at the College. This cross-trained position will also troubleshoot complex issues that occur for a student across Admissions, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable and Registrar Offices. They are also responsible for evaluating and offering advice that will improve the enrollment process.
