To perform repairs and technical installation and modification work (larger tonnage, multifunction electronic and electro-pneumatic controls, system modification, etc.) on all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment for a large complex.

A nine - month faculty position that reports to the Chair of English Department. Instructional responsibilities include teaching 15 credit hours each semester in accordance with departmental course syllabi, possibly on a split schedule and possibly multiple campuses/sites ; ten office hours per week; 20 on campus hours per week ; student registration/advising; committee work; attending departmental and division meetings; and attending staff development activities.

The Answer Center Counselor will support prospects and applicants navigating the enrollment process, providing guidance on career choice, and ensuring a smooth transition into academic programs. They will leverage cross-training to help students overcome barriers to enrollment, connecting to student support services and resources offered at the College. This cross-trained position will also troubleshoot complex issues that occur for a student across Admissions, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable and Registrar Offices. They are also responsible for evaluating and offering advice that will improve the enrollment process.
