Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Healthcare Apprentice Advocacy:
• Serve as coordinator for the LPN apprenticeship program, focusing equally on recruiting industry sponsors and student participants.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and materials to clearly communicate program benefits.
• Respond promptly to information requests from stakeholders.
• Participate actively in healthcare partnership meetings, student recruitment, and advisement.
• Provide orientation and continuous support to students in collaboration with the team.
• Track student progress, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate to identify training needs and opportunities within the apprenticeship.
• Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, apprentice progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in budget management and procurement activities.
• Support efforts to secure and manage funding opportunities through grants and partnerships.
• Promote the LPN apprenticeship through community outreach, marketing, and public relations.
• Advocate for the program and the profession within the community and with policymakers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
2. Professional Development:
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing professional development activities.
• Regularly review, evaluate, and enhance program curricula, tutoring methods, and teaching strategies based on feedback.
• Comply with professional standards, state guidelines, and business/industry requirements relevant to the discipline.
3. Service:
• Engage actively in college meetings, committees, task forces, and councils.
• Participate in college activities, including registration, community education, student recruitment, and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to student retention by supporting student organizations and events.
• Promote the college's mission through business and community engagement.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards through active participation.
• Collaborate on departmental goal setting, budget planning, and strategic development.
• Foster and maintain departmental affiliations and partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in program coordination, administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
