The Talent Campaign Director (TCD) will create, maintain, and optimize talent attraction marketing campaigns and efforts at LED. The TCD is expected to be thoroughly proficient in all aspects of LED’s platform and its campaign capabilities. With the Senior Director of Talent Attraction (SDTA), the TCD will help guide talent attraction strategy and content development to deliver innovative and effective talent attraction efforts for LED, LED FastStart clients, and other Louisiana employers with high-paying job opportunities.
Additionally, the TCD will work as part of the talent leadership team to develop meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the state to connect with critical and emerging talent groups, while executing large-scale/industrywide talent attraction initiatives, integrating with LED Marketing, Communications and other teams as needed. The TCD will be required to manage and develop support staff and travel extensively throughout Louisiana and occasionally outside Louisiana and the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties include:
● Manage the strategy and implementation of talent attraction marketing campaigns and events targeted at entry-level and interns, out-of-state ex-pats, and other talent audiences
● Coordinate the production of talent attraction content in support of nationwide campaigns with both internal creative teams and external vendors
● Project manage the rebranding of current LED FastStart Recruitment website based on the plan outlined by the Senior Director of Talent Attraction
● Support the process of restructuring and redistribution of jobs based on the brands of CHL, HNL and FSR
● Oversee strategic coordination of candidates and leads for campaigns in the CRM
● Research and test new marketing methods and strategies for talent attraction, constantly striving to implement innovative and effective tactics
● Evaluate and modify social media and other forms of advertising for effective messaging and optimal ROI
● Champion platform marketing capabilities for all internal and external systems used (Brazen, Phenom, etc.)
● Supervise talent attraction team members as assigned
● Review of Recruitment Plans from Recruitment Specialist for content and strategic direction
● Manage the recruitment needs of high-profile FastStart projects, as assigned
● Other duties as assigned
Required Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Required Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of recruiting/talent attraction experience in a business or workforce development environment.
- Three (3) years of experience with LED FastStart
- Knowledge or experience with recruitment systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet and HRIS systems
Preferred Experience:
- At least one year as a lead or manager at LED FastStart is preferred

● Ability to travel and drive own or other vehicle to various locations as needed.
● Ability to carry up to 20 pounds on an as-needed basis.
