Duties and Responsibilities: · Hands-on work with faculty and students on Allied Health technology/training and maintenance.

· Configure and maintain MedPoint dispensers as well as associated software installs/updates.

· Maintains the Virtual reality headset system and simulators for installs/updates.

· Updates and provides support for ExamSoft medical testing software in Labs.

· Maintains Nursing Scantron units and connectivity as well as installs/updates.

· Assists with Nursing technology associated with student seminars and special events.

· Maintain and troubleshoot all Nursing simulation manikins, this would include equipment utilized with the manikin's laptop, Simpad, and patient monitors.

· Maintain and troubleshoot Nursing and Surgical technology simulation equipment including PeriopSim with virtual reality, and medication dispensing systems.

· Manage and troubleshoot camera servers (CAE Learning space) and cameras utilized in the Nursing and Allied Health areas at each campus.

· Maintain and troubleshoot campus A/V equipment, working with vendors, as needed.

· Troubleshoot and provide support for Windows 11/Mac OS.

· Troubleshoot and provide support for VR and other simulation equipment.

· Maintain and troubleshoot ghost imaging, perform imaging configurations, and maintain documentation.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide support of PCs, laptops, and printers.

· Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.

· Install Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used applications.
· Install and maintain operating systems on Mac and PC systems.

· Install, troubleshoot, and support our telecommunication networks.

· Supervise and oversee projects assigned to interns and student workers.

· Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.

· Attend training/workshops for simulation equipment utilized by Nursing and Allied Health programs.

· Write and maintain system documentation.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Education: Degree: Associate

Field of Study: Computer related field

Required Experience: Two years in a computer-related field

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to implement client and server software.

· Experience in or ability to learn troubleshooting Nursing simulation equipment.

· Experience in or ability to learn to diagnose A/V equipment.

· Networking skills and connection diagnostic skills with server infrastructures.

· Advanced knowledge in utilizing the Internet and various social media as a communication tool

· Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information from intentional or unintentional disclosure.

· Proven ability to present a positive image for the college, maintain professional demeanor, provide effective customer service, with sound decision making skills.

· Proficiency in the use of standard office equipment and networked personal computers.

· Proficiency in or ability to become proficient in a variety of software, including but not limited to Office 365 apps.

· Oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to perform basic mathematical computations needed to complete job tasks.

· Skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing job duties to meet deadlines.

· Maintaining interpersonal professional working relationships at all levels – students, peers, and Executives.
