Duties and Responsibilities:
Process of cycle checks, enter all Direct Deposit Information, prepare all Final Pay information for terminated employees, process all stop payment and replacement checks, complete all interrogatories for garnishments, responsible for monitoring LOLA in order to get timesheets from all employees, send LCTCS all leave adjustments, responsible for W-2 request, responsible for setting up Timesheet approvers, responsible for making sure employees are setup with the correct approver, responsible for direct deposit reversals, responsible for all payroll files.
Supports the Payroll Manager in the bi-weekly processing of payroll. Act as back up for processing payroll, in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Other duties as required by the Payroll Manager and/or Controller.
Required Education: 8-10 years of work related experience.
Required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years professional level experience in payroll accounting. Strong reconciliation and Microsoft skills.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of relevant payroll experience OR an Associate's Degree in related field with 1-3 years of experience in payroll or accounting.
Preferred Experience: Experience with Banner Finance and Banner HR environment.
