Duties and Responsibilities: These are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation(s). Other reasonable duties may be assigned.
• Performs varied custodial tasks related to the upkeep of buildings.
• Performs custodial related duties required to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions (including, but not limited to, mopping, sweeping, polishing and dusting).
• Assist in ordering supplies/inventorying supplies.
• Train lower-level custodial staff.
• Mix and blend cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
• Provide input on performance for lower-level custodial staff.
• Serves as lead worker over a group of part-time/temporary employees performing routine custodial duties, when necessary.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
Required Education: • Experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.
