Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains security of the area to include cash drawer, documents and system data access.
• Responsible for daily cash deposits. Balance daily cash receipts and reconcile to Banner computer generated cashier activity reports.
• Process routine paperwork and/or enter data in various databases.
• Operates a centralized telephone system, manage the front desk, and supervise front desk employees, receive, sort, and disburse mail, coordinate and supervise student workers, greet and direct visitors, students, faculty and staff.
• Oversee purchasing and receiving for the campus, including preparation of requisitions for purchase of supplies/materials, and receiving of goods.
• Campus liaison for property control and facilities maintenance. Ensures all equipment is tagged upon receipt, works directly with the Property Control Manager for property control audits and acts as contact person for facility maintenance.
• Manage student accounts in Banner and respond to inquiries regarding accounts and be cross trained with the Student Services Department.
• Prepare reports as directed by the Campus Director.
• Acts as proxy for timesheet approval as requested by Campus Director.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Campus Director.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. An associate degree with at least five years of relevant work experience may be substituted. The incumbent should have excellent telephone etiquette, excellent verbal communication skills, able to work with minimum supervision, customer service driven, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to multi-task, and be punctual. Higher education and Banner experience preferred.
