The purpose of employing student workers is to provide much needed assistance to the fulltime staff, and to provide meaningful work experience and training for the individual to prepare them for future employment. The incumbent of this position reports directly to the Executive Director of Student Services and Student Success and will perform a variety of planning and project management functions for Student Affairs Offices. Work Hours: 15-20 hours per week during class sessions; up to 29 hours per week during holidays and breaks.

The Training Specialist – Manufacturing Operations will work on multiple LED FastStart workforce training projects for manufacturing and logistics client companies across the state of Louisiana. The Training Specialist – Manufacturing Operations will extensively collaborate with client subject matter experts to develop and deliver custom, performance-based training and other value-added materials. The Project Manager will manage multiple LED FastStart workforce training projects for manufacturing and logistics client companies across the state of Louisiana. Position provides administrative and/or support functions for LCTCS Centralized Payroll Department. The incumbent reports to and is supervised by the Payroll Director or Assistant Payroll Manager. The individual appointed to this position will assist with a centralized payroll for approximately 5,000 employees of the Louisiana Community & Technical College System.

The Senior Information Technology Technician provides all on-campus IT services to Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College as well as mentor and upskill the efforts of other IT Support staff.
